Terms and Conditions

Hire Period

The hire period for all items which are supplied by EMC Events will be 1 day. Any extensions to hire period must be confirmed with EMC Events owner. The customer is solely responsible for the items during hire period from the time of delivery to the time of collection and are accepted back by EMC Events.

Use of Equipment

All equipment must be used in a safe manner and follow any instructions given with the equipment. All equipment must NOT be moved once it has been set in place by ourselves. Please advise us where you would like equipment to be set on arrival. We do not accept any responsibility for injury or damage to any party/equipment caused by improper use.

Loss or Damage

If you break or damage any equipment we will invoice you the cost of the item and this must be paid within 10 working days. If theres any damage caused to an item you must immediately inform us and the item will be collected. There will be no refund for any damaged or broken equipment that is collected early.

Cancellation

A non-refundable deposit must be paid to secure any booking. If for any reason you need to cancel your booking your deposit will be lost. If you need to reschedule your booking please let us know 72 hours in advance and we will try our best to find a suitable date.

Delivery

We'll deliver our top quality hire products within a 15 mile radius of our premises in Dagenham. If your venue is within a 5 mile radius there will be no delivery fee, anything over 5 miles a fee will be charged.

Covid 19

All our hire equipment will be sanitised before and after use. Delivery, set up and collections will follow social distancing guidelines and masks will be worn by our staff.
