CASE STUDY: Final Fling

The annual student balls for Warwick and Birmingham take place in a 3500-capacity outdoor site at Coombe Abbey Country Park. These mini-festivals feature three separate Big Tops housing two stages of live music, together with a cash-free indoor casino and dinner arrangements for 1200 customers.

In addition to an array of outdoor entertainments including art exhibits, street performers and a spectacular fireworks display, the site also contains numerous food & beverage outlets, professional photographers and a free fairground available to all. Transportation, safety and seating arrangements for all 3000 guests are also factored into the planning of the night.

With artists such as Ash, Hard-Fi, The Zutons and the Sugababes on the bill and tickets priced at £65/£45 for dinner and after-dinner entertainment respectively, we sincerely believe that these ventures offer an event that is unrivalled in the field of student entertainment.
