EMC Events has just completed the production on the largest private party held in the UK this year.  12 months in the planning, this spectacular 21st Birthday party held in the grounds of a private family estate in the Cotswolds was a lavish, high-concept event fully produced, managed and designed by EMC.


The initial brief was to ‘create a spectacular event, with a real ‘wow' factor'.  It needed to incorporate a theme, and also to incorporate the Birthday girl herself within the show.


EMC Events set to work on the concept, and delivered a party to end all parties, with just some of the elements involved including:

• A large big-top housing a multi-tiered auditoria dressed in rich fabrics & glittering curtained walls
• Creating a totally bespoke ‘Parisian courtyard' entrance to the big top, complete with 30 foot high Moulin Rouge Windmill for the entrance
• Producing a 20 minute fully choreographed Moulin-rouge inspired dance show with 20 dancers, overhead trapeze work and a specially commissioned stage set
• A huge fireworks & son et lumiere show
• A Casino, cocktail bar & nightclub
• A bespoke ice bar
• A beautifully designed banquet for all guests in the multi-tiered auditoria
• Performance from an ‘A' List artist you no doubt read about in the papers !

If all that wasn't enough, the doors were open again by Midday on Sunday for a garden party in the grounds, marked by an overhead aerial stunt display with a classic tigermoth plane.


It was one hell of a party, and EMC Events was proud to have not only met our clients brief, but exceeded it with our vision and creativity.  We thank all of our partners in delivering this truly unique event and look forward to the next big bash!
