"As we have come to the end of the event season I would like to say a big thank you to the EMC Team for all of the support you have given to us over the year.  It is a real bonus to us to know that marquees and staging will just appear on event days without the need for continual consultation.  I know at times we have changed our requirements at very short notice and you have been able to come up with solutions to our problems and assist us so that events can safely be catered for. 

Your input into events generally is greatly appreciated, your advice and experience is always valued and it is a bonus to have that kind of resource at the end of a telephone line or in our event planning. 

I have booked dates in my diary for the 2007 end of year university balls and will again look forward to meeting with you to discuss our relationship with regard to my continuing as the DPS for Coombe Country Park. The organisation of the event this year was such that it made the role of DPS relatively worry free as the event manual and communication was to such a high standard that all parties knew their role and were able to work veryeffectively together. I look forward to building on that success next year.

"Thanks for providing such a fantastic bar on Saturday, the quality was brilliant and so much more than we expected. You guys have really got the presentation side sorted and I had loads of comments about the reasonable prices. The police, I know were very happy with the outcome of the event, so I am confident that we will be able to do the same next year.
